Antonio Tavares is from Portugal but he is living in Extremadura. Manuela Sanchez from Extremadura but has always been interested in learning the Portuguese language and culture.

They will undertake a journey together to discover and learn more about places, habits and people from the towns on either side of the frontier between Extremadura and Portugal.

Program that shows in first person the vicissitudes that lives a current pilgrim along of the 20 stages of the French Camino de Santiago and her pass through Castile and León, from Redecilla del Camino, in Burgos, to Santiago de Compostela. More than 350 kilometres of stories, surprises, adventures and emotions. A space that aims to get as close as possible to a pilgrim's reality.

The program presents the major milestones of the road, their histories and traditions, but also the mixing of races and cultures, the impact of foreign habits, landscapes, soundtracks and especially the feelings and emotions of the pilgrims.
